VT4VT Store Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting VT4VT.

Most VT4VT products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a return is required for an approved issue, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Sizing

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Because products are printed specifically for each order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
